The Nokia Tube, a new phone model that Nokia claims to be the iPhone Killer. Well Nokia are claiming that they have worked really hard on this phone model. One of the Nokia VP’s mentioned that Nokia will be able to ship more then what Apple has done with its iPhone currently(5 to 6 million devices). The statement by Tom Libretto
“We’ve done that [volume] since we’ve had dinner on Friday,” he said.
Well the only reason I see that Nokia will be able to this is because of their domination in various Asian countries and the fact they do not tie up with any mobile service providers. Likewise iPhone restricts to particular providers which in some sense is good. We will have to wait for more reviews to find out if Nokia actually manages to outrun the iPhone. Which I believe is impossible. :)

Priced at $520 , The original denim Levi’s phone comes with all basic phones functions with microSD slot , 64mb of built in storage and a media player. So what’s the big deal ? Its just a simple yet cool looking branded phone. But having this shiny machine going along with your denim just gives you the cool factor. One thing that is good about this phone, is its simplicity. For those folks who hate all the funky applications and just want to make a call , send a text and hear some music. Thats your cool looking phone !
At last ! A phone that I would say reached the Iphone standards. Basically its a touchscreen based phone with windows mobile 6.0 OS with it. It comes with a slide out large nice shiny looking keypads as you can see. Im booking this for my dad.. Too good to resist. Its availability begins around mid this year.
