Currency

The recession crisis is slowly taking it’s place as the year goes on. Many analyst would say that the U.S would not get into a major recession or so on and many say the opposite. But the real fact is, it’s just happening right in front our naked eyes.

Though not theoretically but practically. Look at price rates, stock exchange rates and even currency rates. The currency rates of U.S is still dropping down hard. So if as predicted, if U.S gets into recessions, what are the benefits and drawbacks?

We shall look at it in a simple opinionated manner.

Benefits

U.S free markets would boom up - If any country that does not depend on the U.S. growth would definitely have a rise in global economy.

Cheaper good prices - Due to low currency rates, people from various countries would enjoy a cheaper purchase price for U.S. goods.

Drawbacks

Bad for U.S. dependable economy - Half the world nations depend on the U.S economy. Even potential economic countries such as China might suffer as most of the U.S. stocks have major key-players from China.

Are you depending on U.S. rates income from your country - If anyone who falls in this category, I’m sure you are going to feel the pinch.

Of course the list would go on, but this are just some major benefits and drawback that applies directly to the public. But in a general opinion, The U.S should never remain in a crisis era because there is definitely a larger drawback rather than the benefits.
